Hello future hiking-friends,

I am not only a passionate hiker but also love to share my passion with people all around the world and get inspired by their stories, way of living and personalities.

Originally I am from Bavaria so hiking is maybe in my blood, although I hated it as a kid, now I love to explore the mountains and coastlines by foot or with a rope.

That is maybe also the reason why I fell in love with the amazing region and landscape of Catalonia with all its breathtaking views of the sea, mountain peaks, lakes, waterfalls or canyons.

I would love to help you fall in love with it too and enjoy some of the hidden secrets of this amazing culture and nature.

In order to combine the exploration of nature and finding relaxation I can also invite you to some mindfulness experiences or meditation/yoga-sessions in a beautiful surrounding on the beach or on top of an amazing viewpoint and share the knowledge, which I was gifted to learn in my psychology and yoga education.
