RESPONSIBLE STATEMENT:

I declare under my responsibility that the data included in this application are true and I undertake to communicate any fact that means that I no longer comply with some of the requirements or conditions detailed in this document. I agree that FreeAdventour publishes a profile with the data of name, surname, description and photo. I declare that I know that through FreeAdventour, it will put interested persons in contact with me so that, if they find it correct, reach an understanding to know some of the spaces or carry out any of the activities that are advertised on the web. I declare to know that this service may be free or remunerated. In this second case, I assume the commitment to be registered with the corresponding administrations to carry out this activity with total normality and legality. Any irregularity in this regard will be solely and exclusively my responsibility. I declare to know that the function of FreeAdventour is exclusively to advertise the activity and to serve as a link between those requested and myself. I promise to pay FreeAdventour an amount of € 2.30 for each person who contacts me in this way, within a period of less than 30 days. A discount will be applied according to the number of medals (more information in the guide medals section). I promise to provide myself with a first-aid kit for cases of need during stays with the people who have contracted the service. Also to be responsible with nature and the environment, stimulating the people who are with him during the stays, so that they also have this responsibility. And to be careful with the commitments you make and, except for fully justified situations, I promise to attend all the events that have been scheduled with me. If this is not possible, you have to try to communicate it 24 hours in advance. Also not to carry out any type of action / activity contrary to current legislation. If the service is free, I promise to make it clear to users that there is no responsibility on my part for anything that may happen, while if the service is paid, I will have to have sufficient insurance to cover the possible incidents that may occur. Any breach of the conditions will lead to my immediate exclusion from the contact list and from FreeAdventour. I undertake not to develop on my own any activity that may be directly or indirectly, competence of the one that is developed to the application. I declare to know that the information contained in this agreement is confidential and private and is intended to be bequeathed and used only by the persons involved in this agreement and that any disclosure, distribution or reproduction of this document is totally prohibited.
