My name is Alba Serra, I am 28 years old and I am very excited to start this new project, together with the other Sherpas, sharing with you the following stories and experiences;

On the one hand, four years ago and being the daughter of Pla de l’Estany, I undertook the journey of going to live in an unknown and endearing place. This unknown place is the Congost mountain, a Campdorà, a hidden and forgotten town between Girona and Celrà, where the stories petrified in sculptures and the silence of its forest make it a surprising and unimaginable environment for its visitors.

On the other hand, and apart from the place where I live, my passion since I was little has been sports, dance, art, music and, until recently, my life has begun to heal, with yoga and meditation, great science. millennial that heals and heals all hearts. I teach Hatha Yoga and meditation classes to teach the tools of self-regulation of one’s own emotions, how to improve sleep and reduce back pain. I also offer couples massage workshops, since I am a physiotherapist.

So far enough is enough, self-care, healing and magic continues …
